This Cancellation Policy applies to orders placed with HipHop Store, operated by Dusi Lokesh.
1. Order Cancellation
Customers may request cancellation as soon as possible after placing an order.

2. Before Dispatch
Orders may generally be cancelled if the cancellation request is received before the order has been processed or dispatched.
3. After Dispatch
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.
In such cases, the customer may need to follow the applicable return procedure after delivery.
4. Prepaid Orders
If an eligible prepaid order is successfully cancelled, the applicable refund will be initiated through the original payment method or another appropriate method.
The time required for the refund depends on the payment provider or bank.
5. Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery orders should be cancelled before dispatch.
Once dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.
6. Cancellation by HipHop Store
We may cancel an order due to:
- Product availability issues
- Incorrect pricing
- Listing errors
- Suspected fraudulent activity
- Payment issues
- Incorrect customer information
- Delivery restrictions
- Other operational or legal reasons
If a prepaid order is cancelled by us, the applicable refund will be processed.
